Residential Property Support Specialist
SUMMARY: This role involves collaborating with the property management team to facilitate leasing processes, enhance community engagement, and manage property operations, all while ensuring the utmost standards of resident safety and satisfaction within budgetary constraints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct property and unit tours aimed at leasing available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and track shipments and deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with various departments and vendors (including Property Management, Maintenance, and Corporate Offices) to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee all tenant unit cleaning tasks and serve as a backup for unit turnover cleaning when necessary. Responsible for moving staging items, tidying common areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging and turnover items.
- Prepare units for new tenants, including organizing all move-in materials and utilizing a move-in checklist. Assist the property manager with tenant move-out inspections and report any damages or issues identified during the move-out process.
- Provide resident concierge services, including package delivery to units and assisting residents with package inquiries.
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas, promptly reporting any issues to the property manager, maintaining the coffee bar, and ensuring cleanliness in tenant shared spaces.
- Identify maintenance needs and notify management accordingly.
- Analyze and resolve work-related issues.
- Assist with lockouts and other tenant concerns.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and residents.
- Utilize multi-family operating systems to process tenant requests efficiently.
- Participate in meetings with Corporate, Leasing, and Property Management teams, including safety meetings at designated intervals.
- Monitor for suspicious activities, patrol common areas, investigate disturbances, and report issues to local authorities or management as necessary.
- Provide assistance to customers and potential customers in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- May supervise positions such as Cleaners and Maintenance Workers, as well as vendors.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should possess one to three years of relevant experience, including vocational education, apprentice training, and on-the-job training in multi-family maintenance and management.
