Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and accountable relationship between the company and its clients by maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Engage with the Service Department to clarify tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as directed by the dispatcher or supervisor, with support from experienced technicians.
- Determine the appropriate service and repair methods to address equipment performance issues.
- Execute necessary repairs or modifications under the guidance of the Service Manager and senior technicians based on your analysis of the equipment.
- Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts needs or any service delays encountered.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently, adhering to customer contracts.
- Follow established maintenance protocols and company policies diligently.
- Document each service visit accurately and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage the disposal of hazardous materials responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and handle loads up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Endurance to engage in continuous physical activity, including climbing, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
