Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and accountable relationship between the company and its clients by maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Engage with the Service Department to clarify tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as directed by the dispatcher or supervisor, with support from experienced technicians.
  • Determine the appropriate service and repair methods to address equipment performance issues.
  • Execute necessary repairs or modifications under the guidance of the Service Manager and senior technicians based on your analysis of the equipment.
  • Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts needs or any service delays encountered.
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently, adhering to customer contracts.
  • Follow established maintenance protocols and company policies diligently.
  • Document each service visit accurately and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Manage the disposal of hazardous materials responsibly.

Qualifications:

  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and handle loads up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Endurance to engage in continuous physical activity, including climbing, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
