Key Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, taking and recording vital signs as needed
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, perform basic laboratory tests, and administer medications as directed
- Provide patient education and instructions, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant program
- Certification as a medical assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
