Job Overview

GoldenWest Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of single-family properties in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily property inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Supervise a team of support staff, including accounting, maintenance, and sales/marketing teams
  • Manage tenant and landlord relationships, resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service
  • Oversee property turnover, rent collection, and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance, including lease renewal and tenant retention

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential property management experience
  • Real Estate License (in good standing) or in completion process
  • Local, State & National Realtor Board Member (in good standing) or in completion process
  • Working vehicle transportation and cellular telephone with email receiving capabilities and professional voicemail
  • Submit to criminal background and credit check as well as verification of references
