Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
  • Assist with receiving inventory shipments and stocking shelves in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Support the sales and inventory management processes, including price changes and inventory audits.
  • Participate in the opening and closing duties of the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to think logically.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level is moderate, and the temperature varies throughout the store. Physical interaction with customers is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation for this role is between $19.97-$21.09/hr. Benefits include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
