Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and audit claims for accuracy and completeness
- Identify overpayments and apply billing rules to determine the appropriate party to refund
- Research and analyze status of insurance refunds and communicate with insurance companies
- Determine financial responsibility of refund balance and submit documentation for approval
- Work with rejected refund requests and ensure accurate registration data
