Job Summary

The Mansions at Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of each resident's physical and mental health and report any changes to the Wellness Director.
  • Keep an inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
  • Assist with finding shift coverage and develop assignments for the Wellness Director.
  • Participate in orienting and on-boarding of new team members.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Assist residents with keeping their units clean and organized.
  • Answer calls for assistance and attend to resident needs promptly.
Requirements:
  • Current State Nurse's Aide registration preferred but not required.
  • Experience and passion in working with seniors.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Able to maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members.

Work Environment:
  • May be required to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
  • May be required to work on shifts other than the one for which hired.
