Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices, engage with all customers, and embody customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhere to all operational and merchandise standards, and participate in store recovery as needed.
  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy, and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors, provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, and adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
