Position: Clinical Nurse Leader

Compensation:

Role Overview:
A Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is responsible for delivering long-term and rehabilitative care to residents, ensuring that daily nursing tasks are executed in accordance with individualized care plans. The CNL collaborates closely with the Nursing Supervisor and Director of Nursing to maintain optimal operations within the assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies.
  • Document patients' medical histories and vital signs accurately.
  • Identify and manage common geriatric syndromes affecting older adults, including various health issues across multiple systems.
  • Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
  • Ensure all care documentation is completed accurately and promptly in the required formats.
  • Possess a degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience or education in long-term care or geriatric nursing is advantageous.
  • Exhibit flexibility, punctuality, professionalism, and reliability in all duties.
