About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our corporate finance team in Bannockburn, IL. This hybrid role will involve collecting funds and resolving payment discrepancies in all procurement and custom accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with key accounts to collect past due invoices
  • Address billing issues and complaints in a timely and friendly manner
  • Analyze account delinquency and collaborate with the team lead to resolve
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions
Your Impact

This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining positive relationships with our distributors and custom accounts.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years' experience in an accounting related position
  • A high school diploma or GED - a college degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
