Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years experience as a Behavior Specialist, with expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

In this role, you will implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness, while collecting and analyzing data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans, staying up to date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
