Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Merchandiser to join our team at Universal Bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining adequate stocking of bakery products in a store's bread aisle, ensuring freshness and presentation. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking and rotation of bakery products to ensure freshness and presentation
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly appearance of assigned bakery products
  • Ability to push/pull racks, handle trays, and bakery products
  • Required to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform frequent to constant handling activities
Requirements
  • Full-time position with availability to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends
  • 1+ years of solid work history; 6+ months experience in the industry preferred
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, plus maneuver large bulky racks of product
