Job Summary

Encon Heating & AC is seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Installation Crew Leader to lead our installation teams and ensure the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technicians, project managers, clients, and installers to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Understand and interpret blueprints and ductwork systems to ensure accurate installation.
  • Lead and supervise multiple crews to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles to project completion.
  • Order materials and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
  • Current Connecticut trade license (D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, P2, P1, SM2).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
