ABA Specialist

We are expanding our team at Unlocking Abilities Behavior & Learning and seeking an experienced ABA Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an ABA Specialist, you will work directly with children aged 2-14 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based ABA principles and practices to promote positive behavioral change
• Collaborating with BCBA staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues both orally and in writing
• Maintaining professional decorum with members of the team and client families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience working in the ABA setting or special needs classroom setting
• 40-hour RBT coursework completion or equivalent experience
• Sensitivity to diverse client needs and calm demeanor in challenging situations
