This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement, focusing on optimizing and managing the entire business intelligence and data analytics landscape. You will be the sole owner and individual contributor responsible for all business intelligence and data analytics initiatives, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of data warehousing and data lake strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business intelligence solutions meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business intelligence architecture, data warehousing, and data analytics.
- Extensive experience with ETL processes, data integration, and managing large-scale data environments.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Looker, Lightdash, or similar.
- Strong experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and data lakes (AWS S3).
- Expert knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., FiveTran, DBT, Coalesce) and processes.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly with its Financial Management, Order to Cash (OTC), Procurement to Pay (P2P), Inventory and Supply Chain Management, and CRM modules.
- Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment, Amplitude, or Rudderstack is a huge plus.
- Experience leading and architecting 2 or more data analytics platforms.
- Experience with modern CRM solutions in sales and service, Zendesk, and Shopify.
