Technical Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Kelly Services. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to customers and employees on the operation, maintenance, and programming of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions at our training center in Farmington, CT, factory in Chicago, and occasionally on customer sites throughout North America.
- Evaluate existing training procedures and manuals and collaborate with the Training Manager to implement improvements.
- Interface with technical writers and curricula developers to review and compile documentation and data.
- Support the implementation of Training 4.0 strategies, including webinars and virtual classrooms.
- Maintain records of training schedules and personnel trained.
- Provide evaluations of Customers and Service Engineers during training sessions.
- Gather feedback from students to evaluate and improve training courses.
- In-depth technical background, preferably with experience in CNC sheet metal machine tool products.
- Previous training and field service experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in PC skills, including operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
- 2-year technical school degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Competitive hourly rate: $33-$40.34 per hour.
