Position Summary: The Restaurant Crew Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent quality in both product and guest service, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all Pieology service protocols and procedures, taking necessary actions to exceed guest expectations.
  • Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently; maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas; undertake additional cleaning tasks as required.
  • Guarantee that all guests receive hot, quality meals, preparing, packaging, and serving all items in accordance with Menu Standards.
  • Follow company procedures for handling food products, including any assigned food preparation tasks; comply with all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to protect the health and safety of guests and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Enrollment in high school; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience: Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to work is required.
  • Accessibility: A dependable method of communication with the restaurant is necessary.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
  • Dependability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this position.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable engaging with all guests.
