Position Summary: The Restaurant Crew Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This individual is accountable for executing specific tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a positive service experience for each guest, preparing high-quality food items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent quality in both product and guest service, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all Pieology service protocols and procedures, taking necessary actions to exceed guest expectations.
- Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently; maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas; undertake additional cleaning tasks as required.
- Guarantee that all guests receive hot, quality meals, preparing, packaging, and serving all items in accordance with Menu Standards.
- Follow company procedures for handling food products, including any assigned food preparation tasks; comply with all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to protect the health and safety of guests and employees.
Qualifications:
- Education: Enrollment in high school; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Experience: Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Accessibility: A dependable method of communication with the restaurant is necessary.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
- Dependability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this position.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable engaging with all guests.
- Capability to view restaurant operations from a guest's perspective.
- Meet performance standards for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
