Badging Specialist

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Badging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of identification badges for employees, contractors, and affiliates in accordance with federal regulations and OSSI security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Process identification badges for employees, contractors, and affiliates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of badging and credentialing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in badging and credentialing.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
