  • Oil & Gas sales experience (drilling, completions, workovers)
  • Track record of past successes, even if not work-related; high achiever
  • Able to fit in quickly and easily in new environments

  • Adaptable: excellent at problem-solving; ability to 'figure it out'
  • Coachable: humility to ask questions, admit you need help, and take coaching/feedback
  • Exceptional work ethic: drive, hunger, passion, goal-oriented, desire to achieve

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000, based on experience and performance. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
