The Perishable Order Selector/Pick is responsible for selecting, stacking, and shipping orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Select and stack products on pallets according to specifications
- Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
