Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in a local contract setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and develop your clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
- Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
- Work with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
- Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
- Delaware SLP License
- American Heart Association BLS
- ASHA Certification
- Competitive hourly rate: $44 - $47.50 per hour
- Options to renew, transition to full-time, or try a new setting at the end of each contract
- Flexible schedules within school bell hours
- Year-round pay packages available
