Responsibilities
  • Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Make informed decisions on repair vs. replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
  • Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical systems.
  • Participate in safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
  • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
  • Supervise and train apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
  • Certification in body repair is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
  • ICAR welding certification.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
  • Supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
