About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Overnight Team Member at Wag Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our furry guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to our canine and feline guests, including feeding, medication administration, and playtime.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing standards.
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as manage online reservations and client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to provide exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in cross-training to develop skills in customer service, medical and behavioral records management, and online database utilization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends, as well as lift 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types.
  • Experience working or volunteering in kennels, shelters, rescues, or veterinary facilities preferred.
