Lamotte Pediatrics LLP is seeking to hire multiple experienced Medical Assistants for our busy multi-location pediatric practice. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are preferred, although we are open to training recent graduates who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
- Assist with patient care and administrative tasks across various office locations.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturday shifts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited by CAAHEP, CMA (Certified Medical Assistant).
- Proficient in VFC vaccines and private vaccine requirements.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Web IZ.
- Knowledge of laboratory requirements and medical terminology.
- Ability to use a stethoscope and understand medication administration procedures.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in typing, filing, and general office operations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
