We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Driver/Sign Equipment Operator to join our team at Sir Speedy #20030. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to local clients accurately and on time, while also operating sign equipment to produce large format jobs in compliance with specifications and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to local clients using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Operate sign equipment to produce large format jobs, following specifications and company quality standards.
- Install signs, with no prior experience necessary, but experience will be rewarded.
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure accuracy and a good customer experience.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure appointments are scheduled for when service is needed.
- Operate the company vehicle in accordance with traffic safety laws.
- Keep delivery and signage areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- An understanding of signage production/installation is helpful, but not mandatory.
- A detail-oriented person is extremely important.
- Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.
Working Environment:
- Exposure to ink and chemical fumes, and airborne particles such as paper dust and drying powder.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Loud noise sporadically.
- Frequent priority changes with fast-paced and short notice.
