Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Franciscan Health in Crawfordsville, Indiana. As a member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Current medical licensure in the state of Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
