Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our growing family medicine practice at FPN Southside Family Medicine in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
About the OpportunityThis physician would join a thriving practice of three physicians and two nurse practitioners, as well as experienced support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Display exceptional interpersonal skills and develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
- Work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to deliver the highest quality of patient care.
- Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Shared Call 1:7 with Nurse Triage System
- Physician will provide oversight to 2 NPs
- Telehealth offered
- Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
