- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, and provide emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related healthcare role.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner required.
