About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury law with a focus on representing plaintiffs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough case assessments and investigations to determine legal viability.
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with support staff, experts, and co-counsel to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay current with developments in personal injury law and litigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in CO.
  • 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful outcomes in personal injury cases.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Trial experience preferred but not required.
