- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure the well-being of our team members and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or skilled labor preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate assessments and effective mitigation plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment to ensure safe and effective work practices.
- Proficiency in various skilled labor tasks such as carpentry and repairs to ensure high-quality restoration services.
