Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician/Skilled Laborer to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation plans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, and mold damage to identify areas requiring mitigation
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Operate and maintain specialized equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
  • Perform various skilled labor tasks such as demolition, carpentry, and repairs to restore damaged structures
  • Monitor and document the progress of mitigation efforts to ensure timely and effective project completion
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or skilled labor preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and address complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Proficiency in various skilled labor tasks such as carpentry and repairs
