Position Overview:
As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will collaborate with our aircraft maintenance personnel to address their parts requisitions and requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records related to the ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of materials, supplies, and equipment. Your role is crucial in supporting the maintenance department and ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate documentation of parts being received and issued.
- Facilitate stock transfers and physically relocate inventory as needed.
- Conduct visual and manual inspections of items for quality assurance.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing stock.
- Adhere to company regulations regarding storage, safety, and housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience in warehouse operations or a similar supply chain role is preferred.
- A strong, positive attitude is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
