Your Impact

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassion.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
  • Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures among nursing personnel under your supervision.

Qualifications

To make a difference, you will need:

  • An active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.

Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking LPNs and RNs to join our team. Shifts available include part-time night positions from 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required.

Incentives

Join our on-call pool and earn an additional $5 per hour for every hour worked when picking up an extra shift within a pay period. Enjoy shift differentials ranging from $2 to $5, and participate in our skills program, PINNACLE, to earn an extra $1 per hour in your first year, in addition to your base rate.
