Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop welding processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve welding-related issues
Perform welding inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met
Train and mentor welding technicians and operators
Develop and maintain welding documentation and records
Stay up-to-date with the latest welding technology and techniques

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding engineering
Strong knowledge of welding technology and techniques
Experience with welding inspection and testing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
