Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at NCW. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate assembly and joining of various components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and placing components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and joining by the application of GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding)
  • Ensuring high-quality welds and repairing defective welds as needed
  • Working in a fast-paced industrial environment and adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
  • Up to 1 year of welding experience in an industrial environment
  • GMAW and MIG welding experience (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
