Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including equipment operation, repair, and maintenance, as well as supervising and leading a crew of maintenance workers. If you have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and dump trucks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Supervise and lead a crew of maintenance workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Valid North Carolina Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
