Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Specialist to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. As a Print Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing clinical label printing production and supporting additional operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print and Inspect Clinical Product Labels: Ensure the accuracy and quality of printed labels, verifying that they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Process Labeling/Packaging Batch Paperwork: Accurately complete and manage labeling/packaging batch paperwork in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Verify Equipment Calibration: Regularly check equipment calibration dates to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Label Inventory: Effectively manage label inventory, including receipt and storage.
  • Perform Quality Inspections: Conduct regular quality inspections during the printing process to ensure label integrity.
  • Prepare Shipments: Prepare shipments of labels to external packaging sites.
  • Receive Bulk Labels: Receive and process bulk labels from booklet manufacturing vendors.
  • Track Team Metrics: Monitor and track team metrics, including shift processing schedules.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train and develop Print Technician Level I team members, ensuring they are proficient in relevant systems and software.

Requirements:

  • Experience in GMP Operations: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in GMP operations.
  • Clinical Supply Packaging Operations Experience: Experience in clinical supply packaging operations is preferred.
  • Education: A B.S. degree is preferred; additional experience may be considered without a B.S. degree.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in general computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP Experience: SAP experience or equivalent is strongly preferred.
