\rAs a Housekeeper/Custodian at Encompass Onsite LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with frequent lifting, carrying, and walking required.\\

\rAbout the Role
\
\rYou will clean patient rooms, treatment areas, restrooms, nurseries, nursing stations, lounges, offices, waiting areas, and other assigned spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.\\
\r\
\rKey Responsibilities
\
\r- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas and equipment, following all regulatory requirements and company protocols
\
\r- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, to ensure efficient and effective cleaning
\
\r- Dispose of trash and waste properly, adhering to all regulatory requirements
\
\r- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, following job assignments and reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues
\
\r- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
\
\r- Uphold Encompass Onsite LLC's commitment to quality service and performance, adhering to all company policies and procedures.\\

\rRequirements and Qualifications
\
\r- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous housekeeping experience preferred
\
\r- Ability to lift, carry, and walk for extended periods; valid driver's license a plus
\
\r- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\
\r- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; prior hard surface care experience a plus
\

\rSalary and Benefits
\
\r$38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience
