Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing patient care, ensuring that the highest standards of service are met in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status and develop individualized Care Plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including practical nurses and nursing assistants, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide safe and effective care.
  • Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, promoting best practices in patient care.
  • Foster a supportive and positive environment for both staff and patients, ensuring that the rights and dignity of all individuals are respected.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program recognized by the relevant nursing board.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency response.
