  • Communicate effectively with hourly partners and upper management
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Monitor and report on production goals and employee morale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; 5 years of experience in management or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Protein Conversion operations and processes
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce and communicate effectively with customers and management
  • Basic math skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
