Head Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our athletic department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching plan, managing team operations, and ensuring a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Develop and implement a coaching plan that aligns with the school's athletic department goals and objectives
• Manage team operations, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment
• Ensure a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting sportsmanship and respect among team members
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators
• Monitor and report player progress, injuries, and other relevant information

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred but not required)
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• NFHS Learn: Principles of Coaching and Sport Specific
• Athletic Training (Prevention and care of athletic injuries)
• Bio-mechanics (Analysis and understanding of human movement)
• Previous playing and coaching experience (preferred)
• Dedication to the service of youth and ability to gain and hold the respect of team members

This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 3 hours of work per day during the school season. The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.
