Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accounting services to clients, including managing accounts payable and receivable, performing account reconciliations, and executing journal entries
  • Generate monthly financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
  • Prepare client financial statements for further review
  • Handle vendor payments and general ledger accounting tasks
  • Complete quarterly payroll tax returns and property tax returns

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Familiarity with professional services is advantageous. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks. Pro Advisor Certification is a plus. Strong skills in time management, communication, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.
