Quality Assurance Specialist

At MAU Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect parts according to specifications using various tools, gauges, and equipment
- Prepare and properly file quality records
- Maintain and organize quality records
- Initiate and implement corrective actions as directed
- Perform rework on parts as needed
- Conduct audits of processes and parts
- Carry out cycle counts as directed
- Compile data for management reports
- Coordinate calibration and service requirements
- Associate's degree in an engineering-related field or at least 2 years of experience in quality functions
- Strong teamwork and project facilitation skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to write simple correspondence and fill out forms accurately
- Capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Understanding of simple mechanical systems with a limited number of components and minimal interrelated movements
- Ability to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- $19 per hour
- First Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM
