Quality Technician Job Description

Join MAU Workforce Solutions as a Quality Technician and contribute to the success of our global manufacturing operations. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect parts and products according to specifications using various tools, gauges, and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate quality records, including documentation and filing.
  • Conduct audits of processes and parts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.
  • Perform rework on parts as needed and coordinate calibration and service requirements.
  • Compile data for management reports and contribute to the development of quality metrics.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in an engineering-related field or at least 2 years of experience in quality functions.
  • Strong teamwork and project facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
