Position Overview:

Soliant Education is in search of a committed and skilled Exceptional Needs Educator for a rewarding opportunity. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with elementary-aged students in a specialized classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with unique learning requirements.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that accommodates the individual needs of each student.
  • Provide instruction in fundamental academic subjects and essential life skills, adjusting teaching strategies to cater to a diverse student population.
  • Work collaboratively with general education instructors, support personnel, and families to promote student achievement.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, making necessary modifications to instructional methods.
  • Oversee classroom behavior and implement intervention strategies as required.
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation in accordance with educational regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
