We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join our team at Lindon City. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our finance, utilities, and administration departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist the public with inquiries about various city matters, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Data Entry: Enter data into computer software systems with precision and efficiency.
- Communication: Answer and process telephone calls and questions from the public, responding to inquiries and resolving general complaints.
- Logistics: Log and deliver messages, as well as handle petty cash and other monies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with processing of utility bills, order office supplies, and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Education: A standard senior high school diploma plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses and Certificates: Requires a valid State of Utah driver license.
- Work Setting: Normal office surroundings.
- Physical Demands: Light physical effort is required.
