About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Associate to join our team at Segal. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with senior-level staff to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include researching and gathering information, analyzing work products, and contributing to the development of solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, with a focus on actuarial exam progress and experience in retirement plan actuarial work. Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Excel and PowerPoint, is also essential.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $62,500 to $75,000, plus opportunities for discretionary performance bonuses based on company profitability and employee performance. Our benefits include a non-contributory defined benefit pension plan, matching and discretionary contributions to a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, medical and prescription benefits, dental benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
