Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to assist in the culinary operations. This role involves preparing and serving food while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and production sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of food production and waste.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to departmental standards.
  • Store and label food items appropriately, following all safety guidelines.
  • Assist in serving customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A commitment to quality and a passion for food are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $13.50 and $15.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time positions come with a variety of benefits, including:
