Nurse Leadership Position in Skilled Nursing

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled nurse leader to assist in directing services, workflow and resources for assigned long-term care nursing area. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and experience in managing nursing budgets, staffing, and quality of care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and implement clinical services and programs.
- Communicate policies, expected outcomes, work routines, and work procedures to clinical staff.
- Assist with implementation and evaluation of quality of care including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.
- Monitor nursing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.
- Oversee staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider certification preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing, with 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,059.20 - $132,100.80 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
