Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst V to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions. This role requires a strong background in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation, as well as experience working with senior management to facilitate discussions and develop strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process reviews and develop requirements for IT solutions
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings and document user needs
  • Develop and manage user stories in Agile development projects
  • Work with IT and business project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements
  • Document and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience conducting business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and/or managing user stories in Agile development project(s)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps, and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working on IT infrastructure projects
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business process reengineering, identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective
  • Familiarity with industry standards (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
